The Illuminating Zone found by Namrata is an internationally recognized Training provider. At TIZ we offer personal therapy sessions, certified trainings and workshops which meet the international standards of practice. All the services and training aim to help people redirect themselves with their true potential and uplift their mental & emotional states.

The subjective exploration of the human mind knows no depths and at TIZ with our expert modalities and intervention tools we provide a very scientific and a logical approach to not only access and discover the subconscious mind, the energy field, the unseen thoughts and emotions but also curate the best strategies to equip clients with effective tools to maintain this state of clarity, wisdom and dwelling in the higher vibrations realms.

Our goal is to make our clients independent and free from the dependency on therapists and with the structured approach of therapy sessions we make sure that our clients are able to implement all the tools developed and learnt in their real life settings.

Journey Of The Illuminating Zone

The growth at TIZ has been remarkable since its inception. TIZ was a thought, an idea, a dream which manifested in reality with the passion, hardwork and dedication of Namrata. All the workshops, events, therapies and sessions conducted at TIZ are solely done by Namrata. Namrata’s passion for helping people and her never give up attitude are responsible for the success and stature that TIZ has achieved today.

2011

The journey of The Illuminating Zone (TIZ) started out as a small start up in Mumbai, India for providing private therapy sessions with large emphasis on Clinical Hypnotherapy & Crystal Healing. Namrata became a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (C.Ht) recognized internationally by IMDHA.

2012-2013

Along with Crystal healing sessions, Namrata also started with Pranic Healing. Her quest for knowledge made her an expert in Crystal ball gazing and Tarot Card Reading as well.

2014

It was a remarkable breakthrough year for TIZ and Namrata. She obtained her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Mumbai University, India. This enabled her to integrate psychotherapies and cognitive behavioral therapeutic techniques to her existing work. Her keen interest in Aromatherapy and her love for candles led to the start of aromatherapy products, each single piece made by her. The products ranged from Aromatherapy candles, bath salts, aura cleansing sprays and pain relief balms. The products at TIZ also reflected her passion for art. She has notably sold a few acrylic abstract art paintings. She also sold a variety of crystals in all the different forms including customized jewellery.

2015

Namrata started with workshops, seminars and guest lectures across Maharashtra. The very first city was Nagpur where Namrata addressed a group of 350 people for a seminar of Parenting and Effective Communication Skills. TIZ got recognition and affiliation from International organizations. This again was a major breakthrough TIZ Become a Recognised Accredited Training Provider, which means that all the workshops offered at TIZ meet the international standards of practice and ethics.

2016 - 2019

TIZ successfully made its breakthrough across India in different cities like Bangalore, Pune, Delhi, Nagpur, Gurgaon and Chennai.

2020

This has been a phenomenal year for TIZ to operate from the USA and spread the light in other countries. TIZ is proud to operate from California and continues to have its reach in India along with other states of the USA, Australia, and the Middle East.

2021

TIZ opened two locations with in person sessions for Tarot Reading, Chakra Healing & Clinical Hypnotherapy: Mountain View, CA and Sunnyvale, CA

2022 - 2023

TIZ launched new digital products ranging from planners, meditations and customized hypnosis downloads.

2024

TIZ now is an internationally approved school for Clinical Hypnotherapy training. This is a big break-through as hypnotherapy has always been a core practice and teaching subject for Namrata.

A new age trainer and therapist with a profound background in the field of Psychology, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Tarot Reading, Crystal Healing, Spirituality & Mind Sciences.

The deep understanding of the influential nature of thoughts, emotions, energies and the influence of its integrative interplay has been her driving force to connect people with their inner realities, powers and strengths. She provides private individual sessions and also offers specialized training & workshops suitable for people from all walks of life.A single motto defines the structure of her work ‘TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE, LOOK WITHIN.’

Namrata also has been a Psychology Teacher, Lecturer and an Examiner for Maharashtra Board Paper Correction (HSC) for 2 consecutive years. She got an opportunity to teach at few of the best colleges and institutes in Mumbai like K.C College (Lecturer for M.A. Psychology), IGNOU (Lecturer for M.A. Psychology) RIMS International (Cambridge Board,Psychology Teacher) for A LEVELS. and at B.K. Gadia Junior College (Psychology Teacher) for FYJC, SYJC, A LEVELS.
